However if the candidates are not satisfied, and want to opt for the succeeding rounds of admission, a request for same has to be submitted online.
How DIET Delhi Merit List will be prepared?
The merit list is prepared on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates in their 10+2 board examination or equivalent. If two or more candidates score the same marks and hence the same rank then the following are considered as tie-breaker:
- The percentage obtained in the board examination is considered upto 2 decimal places.
- If such criteria is not enough, then the candidate who is younger in age will be shortlisted through the merit list.
For candidates who haven’t “freezed” their seats, have the “sliding” option. Availing this option will help them get admission on the basis of the merit list and the preference of college filled by the candidate at the time of registration.
- The important documents that are required for verification after the seats have been allotted are listed below:
- The verification slip, part admission fee receipt, provisional allotment letter. 2 photocopies of each such verified document will be required.
